I have received many massages from many massage therapists and have never had some of the areas in my upper body worked on that she did, and it made a huge difference. Everything felt intentional and technique-driven. I asked for the emphasis to be on my neck, upper back arms and shoulders while still doing full body. She recommended a 120 minute massage, which I was hesitant would be too long, however it was the perfect amount of time to get everything I wanted out of my session.
